naftype comes with a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If naftype doesn't meet your needs for any reason, you're entitled to a full refund — no explanation required.
We believe in the product and want you to feel confident trying it. If it's not the right fit within the first 14 days, we'll make it right.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The guarantee applies to all purchases, regardless of reason.
- There are no usage requirements — you do not need to have used naftype to request a refund.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of the following methods:
- Email us — Send a message to support@naftype.com with your order number or the email address used at purchase.
- Lemon Squeezy customer portal — Use the self-service portal linked in your purchase confirmation email to initiate a refund directly.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of your request being received. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, the following changes take effect immediately:
- Your license key is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate naftype.
- The naftype application will no longer function with that license key.
- Any unused device activations associated with the license are released.

After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee a refund outside of this period, we encourage you to reach out if you have an exceptional circumstance.
