By purchasing, downloading, or using naftype, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

These terms apply to the naftype desktop application and any updates or components delivered as part of the naftype v1.x product line.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, naftype grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one (1) device at a time that you own or control. This license is perpetual for the version you purchased — specifically, all releases within the v1.x product line.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software or your license to any third party. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of naftype or the bundled AI model.

3. Permitted Use

You may use naftype for both personal and commercial purposes — for example, dictating documents, notes, emails, or other content as part of your work or business activities.

You may not sublicense, redistribute, or bundle naftype as part of another product or service offering. Each individual user must hold their own valid license.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes all updates released within the v1.x product line at no additional cost. These updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features.

Future major versions (v2.0 and beyond) are considered separate products and may require a new purchase. We will communicate any such changes clearly in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

naftype and all associated software, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. The bundled AI speech recognition model is subject to its own licensing terms and remains the property of its respective owner.

Your purchase grants you a license to use naftype as described in these terms. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights to you.

6. Payment and Pricing

naftype is available for a one-time payment, processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. You will receive a license key upon successful payment.

The listed price may change for future buyers at any time. Your purchase is honored at the price you paid, and you will not be charged again for continued access to the v1.x product line.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with naftype, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

naftype is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use naftype at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to naftype or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

Your license to use naftype terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession.

You may also stop using naftype at any time for any reason. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside of the 14-day money-back guarantee window.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of naftype after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
